Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and expanding the market reach for precision-manufactured products such as health equipment, print shafts, automotives, home appliances, power tools… This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to understand technical specifications to effectively cater to client needs.

1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

2. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

5. Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.

6. Oversee sales, marketing, and operational activities to ensure business efficiency.

7. Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

8. Collaborate with different departments to align business objectives.

9. Do translation and act as interpreter as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

2. Age: 30-35 years old

3. Working experiences: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

4. Excellent communication both in Chinese (HSK6 & above) and can communicate in English.

5. Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and Power Point

6. Good interaction and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality

7. Have good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

8. Enjoy travelling to visit customers
