Business Analyst

What we're looking for:

Role and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and development squads to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

- Translate requirements into structured documentation: user stories, process flows, functional specifications.

- Maintain technical documents: API specs, data models, system architecture overviews.

- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with stakeholders.

- Bridge communication between business and development teams.

- Research and propose feature improvements or system optimizations.

- Ensure software complies with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Support QA process and product quality control.

- Contribute as a proactive project team member.

Education and experience

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product development.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis practices.

- Effective English communication (written & verbal).

- Experience with in-house product development (not outsourcing).

- Available to start immediately is a plus.

- Experience with public-facing projects is an advantage.

Nice To Have

- Experience in blockchain/crypto (wallets, smart contracts, exchanges).

- Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and data structures.

- Knowledge of SQL and Scrum methodology.
