Associate Application Engineer Lab Field Sport and Fashion Adhesive

About this Position

Focus on product management internally and involved in product/project launching as field Application Engineer.

The position is required by collaboration with other departments like Quality Management, Sales and Marketing

What you´ll do

- Working with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations as well as troubleshooting for customers.

- Recommend solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation.

- Reports on quality issues / customers claim to relevant parts of the organization.

- Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.

- Provide onsite technical support for customers when needed.

- Teamwork with internal teams to support customer enquiries.

- Design test, prepare samples, run tests in the lab and report the results.

- Conduct products application / technical training of field sales forces and customers.

What makes you a good fit

- Bachelor (or Master) degree in chemical engineering background is highly preferred. Open for other engineering as well.

- Having working experience with footwear, chemical company is preferred.

- At least 2~3 years working experience in research and development, technical support or engineering field.
