Architecture/Fit out Specialist - Chuyên viên Kiến trúc & Hoàn thiệnOverview/ Tổng Quan:Ensure that design and construction works are properly coordinated, designed economically, carried out in the field, following contractual obligations, design intent, approved submittals, and owners’ instructions. Provide design sketch as required to facilitate decision making process. Participate in the evaluation of finishing materials, FF&E and Loose furniture and mock up room and ensures that all the materials follows the approved specifications and the work are done in the highest quality. At least a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Major Construction/ArchitectureMust be able to read, write and speak English wellMust be proficient in the use of Computer, MS Office, AutoCAD softwareAt least 3-5 years of continuous experience in architecture and interior design and coordination with other disciplines in similar role and/or as designerHas been directly involved from the start until completion of the design and construction of hotels and resorts.Proficient in using specialized software in the design field such as AutoCAD; sketching; Photoshop; 3Ds Max.
