Apple Warranty Officer (Quận 7)

· Receive devices from customers( on-site)or CSO.

· Diagnose product condition and propose repair solutions.

· Perform repairs and replace components for Appleproducts such as iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods, etc.

· Test product condition and functionality.

· Ensure quality after parts replacement.

· Carry out other tasks as assigned.

· College degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

· Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to handle hardware issues.

· Experience in electronics repair is an advantage.

· Willing to work overtime when required.

· Good communication in English and ability to read technical documents.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
