Job Title: Admin Staff – Facility Operation Team
Working Schedule: 5 days/week (rotation – may include weekends or holidays)
Reports to: Facility Operation Manager
Job Purpose:
Support the Facility Operation Team with both office work and on-site tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Admin Tasks
- Help translate documents like manuals, contracts, and reports between English and Vietnamese.
- Summarize daily and weekly reports from vendors (such as cleaning or security companies).
- Receive and keep records of customers’ lost and found items.
- Look for suppliers and get price quotes for small purchases.
- Check payment documents (contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.) and follow company procedures to process payments.
2. Operation Tasks
- Help check and follow up on-site services: security, cleaning, maintenance, parking, and waste disposal.
- Manage cleaning and facility items: make orders, receive goods, check daily use reports, and keep records.
- Handle requests for parking, access cards, speed gate/elevator access, CCTV reviews, and support other departments.
- Receive customer feedback and complaints about facility services, and support improvements and staff training.
- University degree or higher in a related field (such as Business, Administration, Facility Management, or similar).
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or facility operation work.
- Good English skills for reading, writing, and translating documents.
- Organized, careful, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
13-month salary, performance
