3D Printer Staff

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 3D Printer Staff to manage all aspects of 3D printing for plastic components, ensuring smooth operations and supporting development projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. 3D Printing Operations

• Prepare, operate, and maintain 3D printers, associated equipment, and materials.
• Continuously research and adopt new 3D printing technologies and techniques.
• Monitor printer performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Generate reports on 3D printer operations, performance, and status.

2. Customer Coordination

• Collaborate with brands and footwear factories to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Understand customer needs and ideas to support the product development process effectively.

3. Development Team Support

Work closely with the development team to create and implement innovative ways to communicate ideas and concepts to target audiences.

4. Special Tasks Assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD)

Complete special tasks assigned by the BOD on time and in alignment with the company’s objectives.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc) / Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone.

• College/University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in 3D design and printing; familiarity with Rhino and NX is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of 3D printer preparation, operation, and maintenance.
• General understanding of footwear manufacturing processes, such as injection molding and mold making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
