Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the kitchen’s facilities Clean all kitchen surfaces, mop and sweep kitchen floors, put away dishes, pots and pans, organize food, clean out freezers, and remove trash
• Coordinate various compensation–related activities to ensure that the company’s payroll is processed accurately and on time such as payroll data preparation & computing monthly payroll, processing monthly payroll payment answering payroll questions, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
Ensure that best services are given to guests and cooperate with other outlets. Aim constantly to increase beverage revenue. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
