Van Thinh Phat Limited Liability Company (VTP LLC), the first predecessor of Van Thinh Phat Group, was founded in 1991 by Madame Truong My Lan. In 1992, right after the economic reform, VTP LLC has been transformed into Van Thinh Phat Company Limited (VTP Co. Ltd.)
Over the years, our group has weathered numerous economic and financial crisis in the region and worldwide. Thanks to the persistent vision and sound business strategies of its chairwoman, VTP not only overcame the obstacles but flourished. Confronting the challenges also help the group to evolve, in 2012, VTP Co. Ltd. then transformed to Van Thinh Phat Group (VTP Group) with the paid-up chartered capital of VND 6,000 billion.
Beginning with Food & Beverage and Hospitality, VTP Group has grown and diversified into various business sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, financial services, agriculture, information technology, healthcare, education and tourism. With deep conviction and confidence of the leaders, VTP Group has been positioning itself as a top quality developer and service provider.
In the real estate sector, VTP Group has launched a variety of projects comprising of international standard 5-star hotels, convention centers, retails, grade A offices, grade A serviced apartments and high-end residential development.
In 2007, VTP Group expanded its business through establishing two large corporations, Van Thinh Phat Investment Group (VTP Investment Group) with paid-up chartered capital of VND 12,800 billion and An Dong Investment Group with paid-up chartered capital of VND 9,000 billion. VTP Group along with its associates, Times Square (Vietnam) Investment Joint Stock Company, Saigon Peninsula Group, and other domestic and foreign partners, jointly create high-quality products that will enhance the living environment as well as the overall development of Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam.
