- 2013: Landcaster Hanoi Building is opened; Ace Nightclub is opened
- 2012: Mekong Rest Stop opened its third and biggest location in Long Thanh
- 2011: Sin Lounge was established - the begining of TTG’s investment into Modern Hospitality

- 2007: Landcaster HCM Building - The 22-story building had been opened providing luxurious apartments
- 2006: Miss Ao Dai Office Building a 15-story building located and Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City had been operating
- 2005: Sen Spa 10-story building providing beauty care; Mekong Rest Stop in Tien Giang had been opening for business
- 2002: Trung Thuy Co.,Ltd, was established
- 1995: Miss Aodai, a private company specialized in Fine Arts was established
