• Performs all spa services in a timely and professional manner as per the set standards.

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Operational

• Perform spa services using safe professional techniques.

• Set for appointment on time and provide services in a timely manner.

• Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all treatment supplies and to advise the Spa Manager when stock needs reordering.

• Maintain neat and orderly work area consistent with high standards of facility.

• Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to spa services are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.

• Assists with promoting new treatment and services.

Personnel

• Supports the implementing, demonstrating and reinforcing New World’s Values and Culture Characteristics.

Other Duties

• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

• Responds to any changes in the Spa function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
