Senior Product Designer - 2000$ Net [Hải Châu , Đà Nẵng]

1. Design Strategy and Vision
- Define the design direction for all new product features and enhancements.
- Ensure holistic design consistency across the entire product ecosystem.
- Partner with Product Management and global teams to refine project scope and specifications.

2. User Insight and Validation
- Execute user research to gather data and inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and conduct usability studies to test concepts.
- Analyze user metrics and feedback to continually refine the user experience (UX).

3. Execution and Delivery
- Generate wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to convey design concepts.
- Present designs to stakeholders, providing a clear design rationale.
- Produce and finalize design assets (user flows, mockups, etc.) for both web and mobile platforms.
- Liaise closely with local and international engineering teams to guarantee faithful implementation.
- Maintain and evolve the organizational Design System for scalability and consistency.

4. Collaboration and Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior team members, offering constructive critiques.
- Cultivate a creative and collaborative design environment.
- Articulate design choices effectively and champion the user perspective.

5. Global Partnership
- Operate effectively across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Utilize collaboration tools to facilitate interaction with international colleagues.
- Adapt design solutions to meet the diverse needs of a global user base.

6. Continuous Improvement
- Track industry trends and monitor competitor offerings.
- Proactively seek methods to streamline design workflows and boost efficiency.

- English: upper intermediate level
- Proven track record as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining organizational Design Systems.
- Strong foundational knowledge of user-centered design principles (UCD).
- Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
- Ability to excel both autonomously and within a team structure.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of relevant design projects.
- 5+ years of experience in product design is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with working on international teams and Agile/Scrum processes is a bonus.
