CONTRACT TYPE: 9-month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
SENIORITY LEVEL: Management Level

LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Acting as commercial counsel to Marketing & Corporate functions, providing legal opinions, advising legal/regulatory issues, preparing/finalizing legal documents for day-to-day works.
- Track changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business. Share timely updates with relevant teams to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Help implement and monitor compliance with company policies, including standards of business conduct and contract management procedures. Provide guidance on applying Group policies and governance frameworks.
- In charge of compliance issues (standards of business conducts, contract management policy, etc.) for the Company.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for law firms/consulting companies or in similar roles within multinational corporations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any related field from a recognized Law university.
- Experience of working in Corporate Services/Compliance/Commercial is a plus.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in commercial laws, including contract law, investment law, commercial laws, intellectual property law (trademark law), land law, banking law and labor law
- Familiarity with the taxation system & regulations of Vietnam
- A sound understanding of process of enactment of legislation
- Good understanding of commercial aspects
- Project management skill
- Good spoken and written English
