Logistics & Warehouse Officer (Temp)

• This Role is a centralized resource to logistic and warehouse for VINA-BAT JV.
• Manage the services level agreements with BAT entities via services provider model.
• This Role works collaboratively with cross functions and cross entities to logistic and warehouse are addressed in an efficient and confidential manner.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- BUSINESS

• Planning:

1. Align on the monthly and weekly finished goods production demand / DRP planshared by centralized Planning team.
2. Daily execution & communicate to Toll Manufacturer for implementation.
3. Coordinate bi-monthly performance review meeting to ensure output aligned production plan. Escalate issue to S&N centralised planning team and align action plan if highlight issue from Toll factory.

• Logistics:
• Warehouse:

1. Alignment with monthly CRT/WMsshipment plan for receiving CRT/WMsinto warehouse
2. ImplementWarehouse & Logistics processes to comply withTaOsystemand complyto BAT guidelines
3. Coordinatewith finance for stockcount process and ensure the compliance to BATguideline

• Project:

1. Implement Warehouse & Logistics tasks that assigned by project leader to support for Volume growth projects

• IWS:

1. Coordinate with related functions to drive for FE & Logistic Efficiency DMS activities.

1. Implement EHS related processes within warehouse and logistic function to ensure safety and EHS comply in warehouse and logistic

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• College/Degree inLogisticand Warehouserelated areasor the other relevant.
• 1-2 yearexperience in arelevant fieldand benefitrole in reputable company.
• Winning mindset and good customer services skill and stakeholder management.
• Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
• Matured sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
