Legal Intern – Corporate Legal Department

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts, agreements, and internal policies
• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and regulations related to labor, investment, tax, and corporate compliance
• Support the legal team in preparing documents for licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance matters
• Help manage legal documentation and maintain internal legal databases
• Participate in meetings and assist with legal interpretations as needed
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Legal Manager

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Law (3rd year and above preferred)
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese corporate and labor law
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and integrity
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional, cross-functional team environment
