    Mô tả công việc

    - Perform daily inventory, sales report of Servier Vietnam & distributors. Support distributor to manage stock by their location, warehouse & follow-up distributor back orders.

    - Update, follow-up shipment schedule based on Headquarter recommendation shipment: check new invoice of Headquarter on internal system and check estimated & actual arrival date on carrier web.

    - Prepare and get sales contract between Headquarter & Servier Vietnam signed, stamped.

    - Check, prepare & follow-up purchase request, purchase order on Navision for shipment, VAT import, customs broker fee, other services fee (redressing, GSP warehouse rental, material, printing, transport fee, …) include collection of supporting documents then submit to Finance.

    - Update schedule & amount of VAT import payment for upcoming shipments to Finance team.

    - Coordinate with Headquarter-Forwarder-Customs broker to check, print & get signed-stamped shipping documents (follow-up the revised if any) for Customs clearance in Vietnam. Daily communication with Forwarder

    -Customs broker for arrival notice & clearance status, ensure shipment is released from Customs within 2 working days.

    - Go to TSN airport/ Cat Lai port upon there’s any issue during the clearance process.

    - Coordinate with Servier Vietnam warehouse team to arrange shipment arrival, ensure goods arrive the warehouse smoothly.

    - Weekly/monthly update Servier Vietnam historical sales, inventory & in-transit reception to internal system.

    - Prepare and follow-up Servier Vietnam sale order on Navision include collecting goods releasing documents then submit to Finance

    .- Key & summarize data of shipment, expenses, document handover to follow-up excel file.

    - Weekly/monthly report the assigned tasks.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field

    Minimum of 6 months of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus)

    Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and finance concepts

    Precise practice operation (Detail-oriented with strong operational and organizational skills)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
