Mô tả công việc:
- Due Diligence & Market Advisory Support: Support in preparing in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory materials.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database across all property categories, ensuring information is accurate, properly stored, and accessible when required.
- Client Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining client relationships within the business line.
- Performance & Target Support: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in coordination with the Head of Department.
- Market Knowledge & Advisory: Maintain a strong understanding of both local and national real estate markets to provide potential clients with reliable and accurate advice on property movements and industry trends.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education: Currently studying Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field (3rd or 4th year student).
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Technical / PC Skills: Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for effective information collection and management.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- KEY CHARACTERISTICS: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Driven, competent, flexible, and willing to learn. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Strong literacy skills for writing reports and presentations. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Creativity, imagination, and ability to use initiative. Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Business awareness with good knowledge of current affairs.
