Work & implement the approved strategic business development plan in 2017 – 2019 for the long term business growth of China. Come up with key initiatives to roll out and achieve the targets included in the roadmap for China included in the approved 2017 – 2019 strategic plan.
Balance the business growth of each channel with higher growth at offline channel to reach the macro-business view of TNI for sustainable and stronger long term business growth.
Based on monthly report from distributors and business analysis from the BDE team to identify business opportunities to continue to sharpen our strategic business plan, come up with new initiatives, new products and pack-types to drive further and sustainable business growth.
Provide Innovative & Creative marketing ideas & guidance to the TNI China team and distributors to boost TNI’s products to a higher level supported by value- added promotional activities to raise TNI brand image to the higher level to support higher business growth
Supervise and lead the sales operation and its sales analysis team of China based in HCMC to come up with regular and meaningful analysis for ongoing additional business input and opportunities. Monitor and recommend new product assortment identified to support business growth will be developed and supported by other department’s efficiency.
Monitor and recommend appropriate actions, work together with Markting and lawyer to ensure the Trademark and brand image of TNI’s products in China will be well protected. Grow and develop the team in HCMC to be a professional team with solid input and quality of work to continue to improve the operation of TNI.
