SAGOMED is looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Our products and solutions for Hospitals are including high-end Medical Systems, Medical Equipment in OR, ICU, Patient Care Solutions, Modular Operating Rooms, Telemedicine, OR Integration systems, Vinyl Flooring, Disinfection Products.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets for appointed brands and areas/hospitals.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Making presentations to customer and introducing new products and new technologies from company’s partners.
• Attending annual sale meeting and training from partners in Europe, Malaysia and Singapore...
- Bachelor or Master in Electronics-Telecommunications, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 05-year sale or 03-year sale manager experience in Construction materials, healthcare, medical equipment, technical sales, consumable supplies.
- Prefer to candidates who have experience in selling HVAC, MEP, technology equipment/healthcare/Medical Equipment/clean air system/Flooring/Medical consumables
- Good at communication in Vietnamese and English
- Good Selling Skill and Product Presentations
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
