Manages the Cage and Credit Team.
Evaluate the credit privileges within authorized levels, ensuring the compliance of all governmental regulations, company credit policy and SOP
Manage and monitor the Credit Risk of the Company which involve regular credit assessment of customers and ensure all active lines remain credit worthy
Review and implements procedures for the proper handling of casino credit/marker limits
Manage customer credit files
Monitor the credit granting and updating process
Monitor periodic credit reviews
Work closely with Marketing Team and establish relationship with Credit Bureau’s.
Prepare analytic reporting of credit operations in relation to VIP & Premium Mass.
Perform Cage duties from time to time or as assigned by the Director of Cage.
Develops, interprets and recommends Casino Accounting, Soft Count, Hard Count and Compliance department policies, procedures and practices which support the overall business goals and objectives.
Reports all irregularities immediately to the Cage Director and senior management as appropriate.
Assists the Cage Director e with special projects and other HR related activity as necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Business Administration, Hotel Administration, Finance or Accounting.
A minimum of 5 years at supervisory level and above in the credit & cage areas.
Be knowledgeable about Vietnam gaming regulations and Vietnam Credit regulations
Access all areas of the property and have ability to attend company business in Vietnam or other jurisdictions.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat well-groomed appearance while adhering to Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc standards, and work a varied shift to include weekends and holidays.
Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior decision making and problem solving skills to effectively manage the department.
A pro-active management style that looks beyond problems and current practices to develop solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the department.
Excellent in communication, presentation skills in both oral and written by English
Ability to operate a computer and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
Understands and complies with gaming, company and departmental rules, regulations and procedures. A general knowledge of mathematical skills, money handling, effective decision-making and listening abilities with strong judgment skills. Be able to remember details, follow directions and schedule employees to maximize efficiency.
Must possess the ability to read, analyze and evaluate complex financial reports, correspondence and written material, the physical and mental stamina to deal effectively with employees, management and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
