    Mô tả công việc

    • Supervise and lead a team of Admissions Executives and seasonal temporary staff (when available)
    • Oversight of the work of the team members
    • Training and support to team members as required
    • Oversight of the workload in order to distribute resources to ensure high-quality results and accuracy are within agreed on admission process standards
    • To provide support to new team members
    • Undertake additional project work as required by the Head of Growth to help achieve the team objectives
    • Gather feedback from customers, different insights from team members and share them with the team weekly

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or Business Developmentat least 4-5 years(preferably in education or tech industry)
    • Experience of working in a supervisory role with at least 2 direct reports for at least2 years
    • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion, Pipedrive, and other general office productivity tools is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques, closing deals and maintaining the relationship with the customer
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Fast learner and passion for helping others
    • Growth mindset, solving-problem mindset
