Mô tả công việc
• Work scheduling for staff, supervise and support staff in the implementation of the plan.
• Orient employees to work according to the company's overall strategy. Understand the products and systems that the company offers. Assigning tasks and specific tasks to employees.
• Training, mentoring new employees, assisting former employees in developing markets, reaching customers and expanding customer lists.
• Evaluate potential customers, allocate customers to care sales staff.
• Know the processes, regulations, sales policies of the company to promptly answer questions or provide solutions for employees.
• Ensure the sales target of the branch.
• Report to the higher levels on progress, business results; customer needs, issues, concerns; activities of competitors and potential in developing business of products / services.
Working time:Monday - Friday and 2 Saturday /week： 8:15 -17:30
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male graduated from college and specialized majors
• No experience required
• Proficient in English, aged 25 to 45
• Understanding Vietnamese culture is an advantage
