*Detailed job scopes include but not limited to:
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• In order to keep factory profit, calculating the forecast of factory expense & profit,
• Distribute appropriate expense budget to each department in factory
• Control the all factory project process & key task
• Evaluation each Factory HOD KPI.
• As a Japanese interpreter, translate conversation & documents to Japanese
*Temporary 9 Months: Can be considered to become official staff

The ideal candidate should possess the following ：
• Graduated from University or above
• Under the age of 35
• Good communication in Japanese and English
• High responsibilities and good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work under high pressure
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/ operation metrics
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Able to travel
• 5 years experiences in operation office
