Mô tả công việc:

1/ Roles:

- Manage Fashion store operations with a 'retail detail' mindset.

- Motivate and coach sales team to turn them into real ambassadors (brand) in Vietnam. Participate in recruiting whenever needed.

- Make sure the Vietnam (brand) teams receive full trainings and follow through the execution of learning from it.

2/ Key Responsibilities:

**Pre-Buy:

  • Gather and coordinate data from POS and feedbacks from sales teams to assist merchandiser in buy strategy. Plan the product range with the buying team.
  • Prepare buy-in format (size breakdowns, best/worst sellers, sells-thru mix)

**Post-Buy & In-Sales:

  • Align with finance and logistics to update and monitor shipment deliveries, retails price and payments schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure proper handling and allocation of goods delivered (ensure proper assignment of barcodes and size/price tags)
  • Maintain a working relationship with vendors for order confirmations, invoices, packing lists, etc…
  • Be proficient in retail math. Generate and distribute reports for department and team.
  • Close monitoring of stock and inventory as well as retail price according to sales & promotions plans.
  • Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season to ensure the business has the optimum amount of stock.
  • Partner with VM and store operation to maintain brand visual standards
  • Assist Brand Manager in product knowledge and brand training with store.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing to prepare analysis and feedback for seasonal buy.
  • Forecast profits and sales using sales management POS system.
  • Managing the performance of the brands
  • Submit daily/monthly sales reports

**After-Sales

  • Support Customer service team as necessary on vendor returns and defective issues.
  • Support the sales team in stock allocation and necessary stock transfer and merchandiser with replenishments orders, ensuring the most optimal situation for sales.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • University degree in Marketing.
  • At least 3 years experience at the same position. 
  • Proficient in English and MS Office
  • Strong sense of initiative, innovation, analysis, urgency and pressure tolerance.
  • Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Sincerity, honesty and reliability.
