Việc làm Quảng Nam- Assist Human Resources Manager to provide appropriate and timely advice as required to the General Manager on Human Resources strategies for the hotel.
- Ensure hotel management are educated, kept informed of changes and are compliant with all legal requirements.
- Maintain the hotels Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- Plan, recommend and oversee the training and development of all employees to ensure service standards are met.
- Prepare annually the budget for training, employee relations and all other Human Resources related functions.
- Negotiate annually and oversee the administration of all hotel employee benefit plans.
- To maintain the hotels Human Resource Information System, ensuring all data is up to date and the correct information entered to ensure payment of employees wages and benefits.
- Plan and oversee coordination of all employee relations activities.
- Recruit high caliber candidates for vacant positions within the hotel.
- Provide counsel with managers regarding human resources related matters and practices.
- Assist Human Resources Manager to maintain good relations with the local authorities.
- Effectuate all Insurance policy( social insurance , accident insurance ...) for all staff of the hotel
- Make the monthly amending report of changing status, adjust salary of all staff for Social Insurances Dept
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager
- Minimum of three years hotel and/or Human resources experience.
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people, including people from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, guests, fellow employees and management.
- In good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws.
