Trợ Lý Dịch Vụ (Service Assistant)

• Assist all project of Service Department
• Receive all inquiries from customers and cooperate with Service Department to take action
• Reporting case of troubleshooting to Service Center of mother company
• Follow up and update production status and delivery schedule to customers
• Make monthly/annual work reports.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other documents assigned by Service Department
• Keep & archive all documents of each projects in order
• Monitor accounts payable on time
• Be involved in stock control and management and prepare monthly inventory report
• Cooperate with Sales Department to organize exhibitions
• Visit customers with Service Department and support translation if needed
