COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client – global well-established company - is seeking Training - Learning & Development Specialists to expand their business in Vietnam.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and implement training systems, including course development, internal training, and specialized programs for management levels and staff.

• Manage and oversee large-scale training projects, including leadership training, management skills development, and employee onboarding programs.

• Develop and implement internal trainer certification programs (Train-the-Trainer), general competency courses, and management skills courses.

• Liaise with business departments to identify training needs and act as a bridge to ensure training quality.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, with a particular focus on measuring ROI (Return on Investment).

• Manage training programs, including developing training materials, conducting classes, and maintaining evaluation systems.

• Provide training for various employee groups, including managers, frontline staff, and participants in talent development programs.

Yêu cầu công việc:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources, Logistics, or related fields).

• Professional Experience: Hands-on experience in building and implementing training systems, especially in leadership training and management skills development.

• Skills:

o Experience managing large-scale training projects (500+ participants is a plus).

o Strong skills in evaluating training effectiveness, particularly ROI.

o Project management skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.

o Strong communication, presentation, and content creation skills.

o Proficiency in using training tools (e.g., PPT, online training platforms).

o Ability to collaborate with business departments to understand training needs.

o Mandarin is a plus.
