  • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
  • Contributing ideas to the new and exciting desserts creations for the interest of customers.
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
  • Support the senior employees to monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking to notify the senior employees.
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Education / Professional experience:

• 2 to 4 years further education or equivalent, professional diploma.

• Fluent in English and the national language.

Skills / Qualities:

A new service attitude centered on proximity, sociability and sharing experience.

Ensure all staff embody the same mindset by developing each individual's sense of curiosity,open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative.
