Mô tả công việc:
- Set up procedures related to TD
- Ability to develop new product and create prototype …
- Analyzing sketches and samples, understanding customers requirement and guiding the team to develop samples accordingly, ensuring viability for bulk production.
- Deciding on all technical specifications for the cushion/ sofa including the construction and operation sequence, the machinea and methods to meet the customer’s expectation.
- Coordinating and communicating with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fit construction, technical specifications and raw material ect … and subsequently clarifying the requirements and recommending alternate value added options to the customer to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution.
- Coordinating and leading all meetings, following up on all preproduction activities to proactively identify and solve all technical and operational issues related to new product, whilst ensuring the operations in bulk production flow smoothly, taking initiative for process flow from the point of product development the pilot run.
- Working closely with the plant managers/ the production manager on order inquiries, assessing the do-ability of the product, advising on resource requirements (such as machines, attachments, and skills) and providing feedback to the customers on order acceptance.
- Providing technical advice (sewing techniques, critical quality points ect) to relevant staff and resolving critical day to day operational and technical issues in coordination with the production teams to facilitate the smooth transition of the production process.
- Keeping abreast of the developments in the cushion/ sofa manufacturing field and related technological areas, assessing feasibility for use the factory and advising the management on these developments
- Reviewing all relevant processes and suggesting improvements to continuously enhance the process in the factory
- Leading, directing and motivating the team whilst monitoring team performance and providing feedback with the objective of ensuring that team capabilities meet present and future organizational requirements.
- Ensuring that all relevant information is maintained accurately and all required management reports and documents are prepared and submit timely manner.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduate from Polytechnic University or other natural science/technical universities
- Good knowledge on materials for furniture
- Be creative, dare to think differentially.
- Good speaking, writing and communication in English is a must.
- Vietamese or expat
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of graphic and design software
- Ability to manage projects
