    We are seeking a Talent Development Manager (TD) to join our Lazada People team, a team that will play a key role of HR business partnering.
    • As our TD Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders in designing, developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives and talent management strategy. These will include a range of projects in areas such as leadership development, change management, culture building and people development initiatives. The role works with all levels throughout the organization and key customers include Head of Divisions (HODs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs) focusing on critical functional areas of our business to build a best in class talent pipeline. 
    • You are a self-starter who is highly passionate in building the talent pipeline for the organization. You possess strong coaching skills and appreciates the value of growing young talent. The ability to be agile and thrive in a work environment which is constantly evolving is a must! 
    • The ideal TD Manager is an effective team collaborator and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day.

    You will be:

    • Responsible for building the talent pipeline and for developing frameworks and tools to support the annual performance management (GROW 360), talent assessment, and succession planning process, including training of managers and HRBP’s.
    • Strategic business partner on organization and leadership development issues. Partners with HODs and HRBPs to understand the business outcomes essential for their success. Designs and develops leadership and organizational development solutions to build identified organizational/people capabilities required to achieve the organization’s goals.
    • Responsible for assessing, designing and managing execution of leadership development and high potential programs.
    • Leading the implementation of regional talent and development assessment practices.
    • Developing plans for building critical organizational capabilities and organization-wide change efforts. Designs and develops frameworks, tools and training and serves as project lead (coach and facilitator) for implementation efforts.
    • Keeping abreast of latest trends and innovation in Learning & Development and in e-commerce industry
    • Contributing ideas and take part in projects to constantly improve and streamline recruitment process

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Organizational Change or related field is strongly preferred
    • Open to new ideas and passionate with people development
    • Experience designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training.
    • Experience designing and delivering OD programs across multiple audiences, locations and functions, including leadership development and team interventions.
    • Experience using a variety of assessments to support the design of development approaches.
    • Strong consultative and diagnostic skills: ability to translate organizational and individual needs into specific solutions.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Skilled at using data to create compelling business cases and focused OD initiatives.
    • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
    • Strong coaching skills.
    • Ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity and work with leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels throughout the organization.
    • Vendor management experience.
    • Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and in English
    • To be based in Ho Chi Minh city
