Key roles:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Lazada HR team, a team that will play a key role of HR business partnering.
As our TA Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders in managing the full recruitment life cycle focusing on critical functional areas of our business to build a best in class talent pipeline.
You are a self-starter who is highly passionate in recruiting the great talent for the organization. You possess a strong sense of urgency and appreciates the value of providing excellent candidate experience. The ability to be agile and thrive in a work environment which is constantly evolving is a must!
The ideal TA Manager is an effective team collaborator and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day.
You will:
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial candidate assessment to conducting interviews and offer management.
Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles
Constantly engage candidates and ensure a pleasant candidate experience
Build relationship with key stakeholders and be seen as the go-to person for any recruitment related advice
Develop recruitment strategy and ensure the available talent pipeline. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, employment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Keep abreast of latest trends and innovation in recruiting techniques
Contribute ideas and take part in projects to constantly improve and streamline recruitment process
Minimum 5 years in-house/external recruitment experience, with proven track record of successful placement, preferable in the E-commerce industry
Experience in using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
Agile and thrive in a work environment of e-commerce which is constantly evolving is a must
Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and in English
