• Process job requisitions.
• Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s)
• Act as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies.
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Conduct employment verifications in coordination with screening partner.
• Extend verbal and written contingent job offers.
• Create and maintain employee referral program.
• Follow up with the related aspects of employment, such as pre-employment requirements and on-boarding with the Hiring Manager
• Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
Knowledge and Experience
• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition. F&B industry is your advance
• Experience in start-up environment
• Interviewing skills
• Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs Education and Certifications
• At least a graduate of bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant degrees
