Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1. Managing and controlling the activities of the Supply Department (Proportion: 30%)

• Managing and controlling the Planning and Budgeting for Goods:

• Organize and coordinate with ASMs, CH system, and construction implementation to build DMKN for the Make to product group stock for all CH (Current CH, upgrade, opening).

• Control the development of sales forecasts, synthesize and assess the demand for goods in the region (including wholesale and retail goods, new samples, auxiliary goods: BBDT, CCDC, stone, Cotton Buckle, keychain...).

• Analyze, evaluate demand, and propose suitable order quantities for Make to Order product groups (new samples, large diamond goods, single customers…).

• Periodically evaluate goods and propose an effective plan for handling inventory for the CH system and the region.

• Managing and controlling the Coordination of Goods in the Region:

• Coordinate with the company in the distribution and response of goods (including DMKN, new goods, customer goods, auxiliary goods) and control the implementation.

• Control, coordinate, and circulate goods between branches within the branch based on individual proposals of each branch and cluster.

• Deploy and control the implementation of requests and actions from the Company's Supply Division to the ONLY system.

• Control the response to requests from the system system to the Supply Division to ensure an efficient supply of goods and meet the goods needs of CH/Region.

• Control the plan and take actions to increase the efficiency of goods supply at the branch (selecting goods for re-business, exchanging goods with other areas, rotating goods between branches...).


2. Managing and controlling the activities of the Warehouse - Delivery Department (Proportion: 15%)

• Manage, organize, and control the performance of the Department's activities.

• Check, review, and sign import and export documents arising in the department.

• Control inventory, monitor slow delivery, and coordinate with related units regarding the import, export, and distribution of goods within the system.

• Supervise the department's inventory.

• Ensure timely and safe transportation, supply, and delivery of goods to meet the system's business needs.

• Ensure that documents are stored in accordance with regulations.

• Ensure the implementation of ISO and 5S.


3. Management and control of insurance center activities (Proportion: 15%):

• Control warranty activities and technical services for the system.

• Ensure quality control of all goods during the golden age.

• Conduct quality control of incoming goods, provide system feedback, and ensure quality assurance of re-sale goods.

• Develop and implement coordination processes for goods, stones, raw materials, etc.

• Establish improvement measures to reduce loss and enhance results in the warranty process at the branch.

• Assess proposed tools and materials for management, warranty, and maintenance of assigned technical machinery at TTBH.


4. Human resource management and resource development, team building (Proportion: 15%):

• Establish goals and operational targets for the Department.

• Build a complete team of human resources based on the organizational structure, ensuring that they possess the necessary expertise and experience to meet job requirements.

• Provide training opportunities and recommend training programs to enhance the level and knowledge of department members.

• Ensure that each employee in the Department has job descriptions, KPIs, and work plans that align with their job requirements.

• Foster a positive team culture, maintain and stabilize the organizational culture within the unit, and develop human resources to ensure that all members of the organization fulfill their functions and duties and achieve assigned targets.

• Conduct proper assessments of individuals' capacities and make recommendations on increasing, decreasing, transferring, promoting, or changing personnel to ensure the effective operation of the department.

• Develop and implement personnel plans in the management department and promote creative improvement activities in the work process.


5. Monitor, control, and improve the activities, processes, regulations, and procedures of the Department (Proportion: 15%)

• Monitor and evaluate the implementation system to ensure compliance with the processes, regulations, and policies prescribed by the company related to goods. Propose to build and improve processes to achieve the highest efficiency.

• Issue and supervise the implementation of dispatches and notices related to goods issued by the Company and its branches.


6. Perform periodic and ad hoc analysis and reports (Proportion: 10%)

• Control the implementation of periodic reports, such as reports on customer orders, reports on customer order fulfillment, reports on transfer rates between stores, reports on sample trend analysis, reports on new sample distribution rates, monitoring and controlling newly registered/allocated samples, reports on goods quality, statistical reports, reports on arising issues, and other unexpected reports.
