Store Manager

 Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
 Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
 Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
 Control store budget which is assigned by Head Office and Operation line manager
 Protect employees by providing a safe and clean store environment, ensure a safe working environment, control Hygiene and Food Safety performance of the store
 Manage order status, maintain an excellent customer service to the customers
 Manage using date of each SKU, ensure the using date control procedure is complied by each staff
 Stock management: ordering (fresh food), forecasting, ensure inventory accuracy, maitain low loss rate as required by Head Office and Operation line manager

 University degree is preferable, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
 Knowledge of Stock Management and retail
 2 year working experience in Operation/Logistic at least
 Good at problem solving, decision making, interpersonal communication, team management skills
 Fluency in English at least in writing, Korean is advantageous
