Mô tả công việc:

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Conduct standard check-in processes for members and guest with 5-Star standard of customer service in Yoga. To be able to handle inquires and complaints from our member in a professional manner.

REPORTS TO: General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

50% Customer Service

  • Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner;
  • Handle inquiries and customer feedback to the General Manager;
  • Handle daily booking and registration according to Company policy;
  • Answering telephone calls and taking booking by phone;
  • Calling members to book, follow up and hold clients accountable for sessions serviced;
  • Build rapport and answer member enquiries/concerns and promote program and membership sales.

20% POS transactions & Renewal

  • Ensure correct payment is received according to the Master Price List at POS and issuing Company official receipt for all transactions;
  • Ensure all agreements are checked and verified before POS;
  • Ensure all agreements are submitted according to the company policy;
  • Meet monthly session serviced targets and renewal target set by Company;
  • Meet/Achieve maximize personal sales.

20% Coordinator and Translator

  • Arrange Yogi & I weekly/monthly schedule;
  • Assist sale team on booking session;
  • Assist Member Service team on weekly booking schedule;
  • Assist/translate for yogi in the class/renew session;
  • Produce basic daily reports to all relevant departmen

Yêu cầu công việc:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school standard or above with at least 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Experience in customer service/sale  is an added advantage;
  • Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Good command of English & Vietnamese;
  • Basic computer skills.
