- Help achieve the department's annual budget and set departmental goals
- Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on spa product usage, retail inventory and labour cost.
- Monitor daily revenue status and drive tactical actions to ensure achievement of goals
- Co-ordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget, including anticipated revenue and expenses
- Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
- Contributes to pricing decisions
- Participates in the planning of departmental goals as they relate to the wider hotel strategy
- Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
- Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for
colleagues
- Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up individual members to create sense of one team
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications briefing.
- Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed
- Manage the spa diary ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
- Assist in planning for future staffing needs
- Prepares and administers induction program for new staff
- Assists in maintaining comprehensive, current and guest orientated set of departmental standards and procedures
- Produce efficient rosters of staff schedules
- Approve leave after consideration of hotel occupancies

Yêu cầu công việc
* Education:
- University degree on related field, Diploma or certificate in Leadership, Spa Administration/ Management or equivalent Experience
* Service years in the field: Five (5) years
- 3. Service years in supervisor/manager level: Three (3) years
* Knowledge and skills:
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge/ experience of spa therapy and wellness programs and proficient in the use of Office programs,
- Hotel and Spa operating systems
* Language: Fluent in English language
