Senior Industrial Engineering Engineer

• Responsible for the leading the IE Technician and solve the process problem
• Responsible for the promote the improvement project and reduce staff.
• Responsible for the audit precious metals confirm, CRAH create work center, Etc.
• Responsible for the audit of the operator needs.
• Responsible for the Workshop to improve the courseware the audit case.
• Responsible for the Promote efficiency as effective application of IE tools.
• RBA(EICC)\Human Resource Assessment.
• Responsible for the Foreman training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering in high-precision manufacturing (optics, semiconductor, electronics, medical device, or similar industry)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, time study, MTM, capacity modeling, and line balancing.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, Minitab…).
• IE professional knowledge & IE tool use and Waste found.
• Familiar with office software.
• Workshop work process and work operation.
• Problem solving skills, Organization communication.
• Emotional control ability, Self-discipline ability.
• Project management and stakeholder alignment skills.
• English proficiency in communication and technical documentation.
