Việc làm Hồ Chí MinhJob purpose: Assist Supply Chain Manager to control and achieve Customer Services (CS) objectives in line with defined processes, standards and regulations to provide excellent services to customers.
Key duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise CS team in implementation of relating operations strategies, policies and processes of Vietnam business;
- Set practices, procedures to guide the team in daily operations and implementation of CS objectives to support the achievement of overall company objectives;
- Contribute to improve Sales Forecast Accuracy by providing CS inputs through monthly forecast meeting with Sales Department;
- Monitor KPI performance that delivers customer satisfaction and distribution costs improvement, enhance KPIs via process improvement and better communication between Supply Chain and Sales Departments.
- Oversee and manage customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement;
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments in identifying improvement opportunities through customer feedback and implement action plans to minimize complaints;
- Directly involve in day-to-day CS tasks (Sales order processing, Invoicing Management, Customer complaint handling) and Sales Support tasks (sending quotations to customers, product re-qualifications).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Qualifications/Education:
- University Degree in Economics/Trade;
- Proficient in English;
Working experiences:
- At least 04 years in similar position;
- Knowledge of Chemical industry and SAP is a plus;
- Experienced customer services to customers in industrial zones/ export processing zones are preferred;

- Excellent interpersonal and supervision skills;
- Ability to communicate and guide team members towards the achievement of business objectives and ser-vice standards;
- Good initiative and drive to constantly review and enhance workflows;
- Customer service oriented; organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure;
- Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards;
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities/task when assigned.
