Việc làm Hà Nội Việc làm Cầu Giấy• Maintain a proper document control system for the department.
• Support Department Manager/Deputy DM/Project Manager in approving Man-hour (MH) on MH system for specific projects.
• Set up department meetings/events/workshops/trainings, record meeting minutes and follow up action items.
• Be responsible for coordination with project leaders to make weekly and monthly project reports.
• Communicate effectively in a timely manner with relevant in-charge person on issues related to project stages.
• Contact new clients to make appointment related to project issues.
• Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of transportation, air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc.
• Check and verify staff claims and invoices before submitting to managers
• Be responsible for liaising with relevant departments and clients to collect project data for the preparation of monthly project progress confirmation letters and project payments.
• Be responsible for liaising with relevant departments and the Clients for the preparation of project proposals and contract documents.
• Collect, record and summarize project Man-hour (MH) for Project Reports.
• Maintain/operate accounting receivable (AR) system for project billings and contract amendments.
• Be responsible for liaising with relevant organizations and clients to maintain and track project cash flow.
• Be responsible for project document translation as required.
• Other duties assigned by managers.
• Bachelor in Admin, English, Economics or equivalent.
• English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing; knowing Chinese is an advantage.
• At least 2 year working experience as project secretary or admin officer in a foreign company. Experience in industrial/Oil & Gas/Environment projects is preferred.
• Good communication skill
