Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh Việc làm Quận 3* Sales effectiveness:
- Lead to work with sales & marketing as well as the commercial operations team to implement and enhance relevant dashboards to effectively manage the business.
- Measure sales force productivity and ensures effective implementation of established strategies and tactics, i.e.: promotional response and resource allocation/utilization.
- Proactively provide fact-based insights and analytic programs to support business needs.
- Conduct all sales and pipeline analysis (data/ territory analysis…)
- Assist the Sales Director in building the reports/projects that manage expectations/improvements for the field sales team.
* Sales compliance:
- Carry out a variety of assessments and analysis to come up with information useful in establishing an effective sales strategy to determine the most appropriate go-to-market model for sales.
- Work closely with SM to monitor & evaluation to ensure sales systems, promotion activities follow company compliance and process alignment between commercial, operations, finance, and legal departments
* Operation & Sales Administration:
- Conduct & lead sales administration meeting, S&OP Meeting
- Lead Team in development & implement Incentive Program of monthly/ quarterly/yearly
- Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools
- Drive continuous development of the systems in close coordination with the Technical Team.
- Reports/Projects management
* Budget management:
- Follow up & Control budget effectively to align with division P/L.
* Team management:
- Build, manage & develop Team
- Lead a team of sales admin and operations professionals’ way
- Motivate & recognition Team members
- At least 3 years experience in this field
- Minimum require a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or in a related field.
- Be able to conduct research and analysis to come up with techniques for improved sales process
- Be well versed in coordinating a team of salespersons to achieve set sales objectives
- Be proficient in organizing sales operations to ensure smooth performance
