Participate in Sales & Marketing campaigns
Answering incoming calls; taking message and re-directing calls as required
Contact and follow up inquiries with agents
Contact with accounts for payments/process
Contact with reservations for support
Contact with Travel Agent for checking flight ticket
Mailing documents
Providing administration support
Weekly meeting reports
Support for processing entertainment/ business trip/ laundry/ taxi/ purchase request/ voucher
request/ HR & leave record
Issue and follow up contract/ allotment/ barter/ special offer agreements signed
Support for calendar of trips, marketing, promotions, events
