To continue operating at our high standards, we’re seeking an experienced Sale manager to join us. As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a born leader with previous managerial experience. Your and your team’ key goal is to accelerate the growth of sales and profitability by 1/acquire new customer (enrollment) 2/perform outstanding customer care to retain customer (retention). and 3/ motivate sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience & employee experience.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Center performance:
- Responsible for center unit revenue (in Hanoi).
- Propose plans and actions in order to achieve the approved annual budgets and targets.
- Recruiting, training, coaching, leading and managing sales to hit the monthly/ quarterly/ annual goal.
- Recruiting, training sale and customer service staff to make sure students' satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operation manager to manage class management capability, followed by market demands.
Human resources:
- Recruit, select, train and coach sale and service staff.
- Manage Admissions Consultants, Customer Services Officers to ensure close cooperation between the staff and Academic Team.
Operations:
- Follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document and reporting systems and standards.
- Maintain the company standards.
-Work with Academic team/ Accounting team about the following for the purpose of bringing the best results to the company and the best services to relevant people: customers, teachers,...
Necessary skill/experience:
- Education: 4 Year University Degree or above.
- Competitive sales ability and experiences.
- 5+ years of center operation in local education field, preferably in multinational institutions.
- Experience in setting up new branches, team building, training and coaching are preferable.
- Solid understanding and work experience in B2C Sales in education business (IT, Design, and /or foreign language) and prefer to have marketing knowledge.
- Deal with problems and solutions on day-day basis center operation - Personality: Self-motivated, Entrepreneurship, Strong work ethic & will, Trustful history.
- Degree from oversea and/or business major is a plus.
Working hours: 40 hours/week.
