WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Be responsible with Sales Performance & Management
• Work alongside our Head of Product and Senior Management as part of our operations team.
• Own entire projects while working with cross-functional teams of marketers, physicians, engineers, …
• Take big-picture concepts and turn them into actionable tasks for the team to drive efficient execution.
• Tackle problems with a data-driven approach and sound business judgement.

• 3 - 4 years of experience with a background in B2C Sales / Sales Operations (or related analytical experience)
• Experience working with and managing salespeople
• Understanding of key conversion metrics
• BA/BS required and MBA strongly preferred
• Startup experience a plus.
