    Mô tả công việc

    1. Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationship

    • Findnew customers/ projectsmonthly by qualifying from Odoo/CRM opportunities, networking in the market...to achieve the sales target
    • Contact existing clients to meet and excel sales’ objectives
    • Identify key clients’ status andcomplaints, and bottlenecks.
    • Work/ Coordinate/ Negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers to maintain good GP for project/Division; monthly report timely to supplier upon need
    • Proactive provide solutions to specific situation to overcome objections and improve performance.
    • Coordinate with DM/PMto find new subcontractor / maintain good relationship to ensure sufficient and skillful workers enough supply for projects installation when need

    2. Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation, contractand receivables

    • Prospect, cold call, meet, make costing, quotation / proposal / presentation/ demonstration productsto clients both by direct meeting, or online interface
    • Follow-up and update on every single quote-out to clients with clear execution plan
    • Negotiate contract terms and draft sales contractssent to client
    • Identify the key issues and propose appropriate solutionsduring sales delivery, installation and after sales service
    • Cooperate with cross-functional divisions (Warehouse, Logistic, Project Team, Site Team, Accountant team, other salesteam...) to ensure goods / project accurately and timely delivered as well as quality, project schedule, payment, receivables are collected
    • Coordinate with DM/Sales admin / Accountant team to manage aging inventory in warehouse, avoid / control expiry of products

    3. Master product knowledgeand effectively deliver to colleagues / clients

    • Identify the current status and proactively outline plan for the specific objectives
    • Assure master product knowledgeof different product categoriesis updated
    • Work with Division Manager for calendar–based monthly or quarterly training plan•Participate on-site / online training by suppliers
    • Together with DM to organize / join the Marketingevent / Seminar / Lunchbox.... with clients

    4. Monthly/Annualreport, forecast and Business planto Product / Division Manager/ BOM

    • Send monthly report and Sales forecast to DM/BOM/Suppliers upon request
    • Keep updated list of current or potential projects in agreed format and company CRM system
    • Collect, update and analyze customer’s database in agreed format & company CRM system
    • Do survey and SWOT analysis of competitors’ and market movement
    • Annual Business plan support DM to complete it upon BOQ request
    • Join the monthly networking event to create new relationship in the construction fields

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Minimum one-year related experience in construction, interior, hotel or restaurant field
    • Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese; in written and verbal
    • Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales, like to Win
    • Self-directed, good problem-solving and
    • Self-motivated, hardworking, curious as well as like to learn new thing, self-study
    • Time management,good follow up and negotiation skill
    • Can work independently as well as in a team
    • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
    • Travel to provinces / projects’ site out of HCM weekly / monthly upon request
