Sales Assistant (Merchandiser)

- Contact customers and following customers’ demands for samples as well as POs.
- File the Po’s and samples.
- Track and update information to customers
- Manage and follow orders from ordering the materials , making samples to the end of orders
- Communicate with customers to develop the customer relation
- Handle customers’ problems about the products (schedule, quality, etc.)
- Make packing lists and support the products’ packaging.
- Prepare Daily order status Report.
- Assist the customs service on preparing the customs documents.
- Other tasks assigned

- Speak and write English fluently
- The ability to manage customers’ problems.
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Computer skills, especially MS Excel
- Experience in garment accessories (especially in e/band, string, draw cord, etc.)
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Willing to go outdoors to meet customers regularly (by your own motorbike)
