- The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
+ Purpose of job
- Assist Sales team in the operation
+ Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Execute daily sales administration activities (documentation, product introduction, flyer, email…)
- Perform daily tasks, reports, projects and ensure sales process, policies and guidelines running smoothly.
- Cooperate and support sales team in order to develop team members to be skillful on their strengths and potentials.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Department (sales order, sales and inventory report, KPI report)
- Good at Chinese (knowing English is an advantage)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the garment industry
- Teamwork spirit, hardworking and honestly attitude
- Strong customer oriented
- Good time management skill and work efficiency
- Good communication and listening skill
