Reservations Specialist

Overview
The Reservations Specialist handles bookings after the Sales Team has finished confirming all services and their prices with our customers. You will report to the Senior Reservations Specialist and are responsible for reserving services with our partners, providing customers with confirmation vouchers, and ensuring all required information is included in our systems.
Responsibilities
• Insert all services into the Tourplan booking system, paying special attention to matching the Sales Team's quote sheet prices for each service.
• Sending out booking requests to suppliers, including hotels, tours, and transfers such as flight and train tickets.
• Contact each partner to confirm each service at the agreed upon time and cost, updating the Tourplan booking accordingly.
• Add customer information that may be required by our partners and our Quality team to deliver the services as expected by our customers.
• Add pick-up and drop-off information as required by our partners and our Quality team.
• Flag any services in the Tourplan booking that cannot be confirmed for follow-up by the Quality Team later.
• Cross-check the booking in Tourplan against the Sales Team's quote to ensure we invoice the customer the correct amount.
• Issues service vouchers for the Sales Team to send to our customers.
