The Reservation and Customer Services Supervisor is responsible for the management of the station in term of cargo reservation and customer services activities following guidance and standards provided by Etihad Cargo
The Reservation and Customer Services Supervisor
Ensures customer satisfaction
Performs cargo booking, pricing and FDC timely and correctly.
Ensures that all cargo reservation & customers services activities at the station are conducted in conformity with CSM.
Working in close contact with the EY’s Sales and Operations.
Customer Service team provides the first point of contact for clients.
Coordinate and optimize flight capacity vs. cargo booking demand.
To provide an excellent customer experience throughout all steps of a shipment, from pre-sale to after-sale.
Timely submit cargo sales report to accounting for billing.
Ensure all AWBs data capture in Sprint are correct and FDC in time.
Coordinate closely with EY’s sales and operations for load planning with optimal capacity utilization & revenue.
Support CS staff when handling claim, import/export cargo irregularities.
Submit cargo sales report to accounting team timely for billing the customers.
Ensures customers are: providing information on the status of a shipment, proactively advising customers in case of irregularities, and starting the tracing process
Responsible for accurate invoicing by matching the bookings to the correct rates and conditions, and deal with customer rate disputes
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising import cargo irregular cases
Assists Cargo claim analysclaim-relatedlaim related documents and information
AWB Stock control, arrange connecting space on second sectors, update full information of shipment in Print System
Handle the required reports for AL Principle and our company
University graduate or same level by experiences
Knowledge of Cargo Industry, customer service processes, procedures & products, and booking tools;
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Experience in aviationis desired
Excellent communication skills
An ability to work within a team
An ability to work under pressure
