KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Duties include, but may not be limited to these)

Sales growth

- Achieving sales target in the assign region
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base both (Merchant, Agent, End-user) Focuses and analyze new contact rates

- Agree and deliver critical business metrics

- Acquisition, Active customers, Usage, Retention

People development

- Responsible for people development, overall hiring and managing attrition
- Responsible for the productivity of the sales team within his region
- Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans; assessing the local market conditions to identify current & prospective sales opportunities
- Analyze sales volume per location- Reporting on key metrics as per agreed norms
- Analyze CVR- Maintain sanctity of brand guidelines as agreed and documented in the brand book
- Revisit key sales practices from time to time and update as per current norms
- Maintain relationships at key partners for regular business
- Ensure due diligence in merchant/agent/partner on boarding
- Maintain and run programs according to event calendar
- Presence of brand at promotional events and other high foot fall areas

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Sales function
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
