Việc làm Kiên Giang- Give guests personalized recommendations in order to optimize overall guest satisfaction.
- Solve problems on the spot and take immediate service recovery actions. Always follow up on guest issues. Immediately report guests feedbacks and issues to superiors in order to find a prompt and best solution.
- When a problem related to your team’s operation occurs, you take ownership of it and take all measures to prevent the issue from reccuring. Take initiative in investigating low scores or negative guest feedback related to Regent Club services when occurred.
- Acquire professional knowledge about suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
- You are responsible for managing the recording of transactions and orders through the Point of Sale system during operation, by monitoring the input and ticket handling.
- Communicate with the Regent Club kitchen team in order to ensure a good collaboration during operation and know when to step in during peak times. Communication includes: availability of menu items and/or items that are not on the menu, preparation time and guests’ dietary restrictions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments in order to ensure a good collaboration during operation and know when to step in during peak times.
- Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings, where you deliver clear communications regarding to resort operation, update information and notify of any VIP arrangements.
- Review daily in-house, arrival and departure guest list in order to have a good preparation to run operation in the Regent Club. Highlight any VIPs stays and make sure the team is aware of their profiles and preferences.
- As a Regent Club Supervisor, you are in charge of the lounge operation in absence of the manager and make a daily report at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and that team members are aware of their role and responsibilities in order to do so.
- You are responsible for meeting the HACCP standards and actively check cleanliness in both front and back of the house, to make sure standards are achieved.
- Regularly conduct inspection of the Lounge to make sure it is cleaned, the tables, counters and windows are dust- and stain-free, ensure the proper lighting, pleasant smell and music are set.
- Always live up to the standards set by the Regent brand, by assuring that you know the standard operating procedures and making sure that they are respected by the team.
- Know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for bars & lounge, implement them within the service processes and ensure that the team follows accordingly.
- Assist Assistant Regent Club Manager in preparing and updating service operating procedures if necessary.
- Ensure training sessions for your team are planned, carried out and recorded according to the Regent standards.
- Conduct regular check-in conversations and annual Employee Performance Reviews with the team members, recognize their achievements, give constructive feedbacks when needed and support associates in their development goals.
- Communicate with colleagues through body language and voice while always maintaining a calm and gracious tone.
- Ensure that your team members do not work unnecessary over time, have their daily lunch- or dinner break and work reasonable shifts.
- Lead by example by keeping resorts property safe and secure, treating provided working equipment and assests in a responsible and professional manner.
- You are in control of the daily/monthly inventory of Regent Club assets and dry goods. Make sure that the team conducts daily inventory and keep proper records. Any breakages and/or loss must be recorded and reported to Assistant Regent Club Manager, following the breakage & loss procedures.
- Handle Lost & Found items honestly, accurately, in a professional manner and in accordance to resort policy, at the same time ensure that this behavior is followed by all team members.
- Other responsibilites as assigned by a manager.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Training or related field.
2. Service years in the field:
1-2 year experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of teaching methods.
Proficient in MS Office
Strong ethics and reliability.
Demonstrated ability to interact with employees and third parties at all levels.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
4. Language: Good English
